MOSAIC WELLNESS COUNSELING COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS FOR
IN-PERSON SESSIONS & TELEHEALTH OPTIONS
– updated September 20, 2020.
Mosaic Wellness Counseling will closely adhere to the directives set by the Arkansas Department of Health during this COVID-19 health crisis. In an effort to protect the health of everyone involved we offer safe and secure telehealth counseling sessions along with a limited number of in-person sessions.
Markham Executive Center, in which Mosaic Wellness Counseling is located, has issued a directive requiring all visitors, employees, and owners to comply with wearing masks/face coverings while in all common areas of the building including entries, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. We strongly encourage our clients to wear face coverings while in our office and to maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet as much as possible. Your therapist will adhere to wearing a mask or face covering during all in-person sessions and will clean and sanitize our office regularly, before and after each session.
We ask that if you schedule an in-person counseling session and have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, or if you have had known exposure to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days that you reschedule your session at no additional cost or request a telehealth appointment.
If you have questions or concerns, please refer to https://healthy.arkansas.gov and take all necessary precautions as recommended by the Arkansas Department of Health.
We appreciate your cooperation. Be safe!
